Frank Castro, Vice President, Global Project Financing
Frank comes to DLM as an entrepreneur, having founded PRESTAR Financial Corporation, and with over 20 years experience in the financial services and real estate industry.

Frank founded PRESTAR in 1993, a California corporation whose primary business is to originate residential home loans for leading direct lenders and conduits in the Southern California area.  Frank quickly grew PRESTAR via a sales force to cover all of Orange County and areas in Los Angeles, San Bernadino, and Riverside.  PRESTAR also serves the ever-growing Hispanic market with a bilingual staff. 

Frank received a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from the University of Southern California and holds a California's Brokers License.  Prior to founding PRESTAR, Frank worked in residential mortgage lending with Home Savings of America and American Savings Bank where he was named the President's Club Loan Consultant seven times. He went on to serve as Sr. VP of Residential Loans for Bayside First Mortgage.

PRESTAR's specialties include foreclosures and REO's, commercial real estate, real estate development and investments, mortgage brokerage and financing, property acquisitions and property management, refinancing, hospitality, and PPM's. 

Ever the entrepreneur, Frank understood the importance of changing with the marketplace, and developed a niche as a source for alternative financing for large-scale projects.  Frank developed a reputation for loan and investment packaging and matching funds with the appropriate projects. 

Frank began working with DLM in the Spring of 2008, bringing DLM quality projects via PRESTAR.  His loyalty, dedication, and strong work ethic made him a natural choice as part of the DLM Executive Management Team.  DLM funding candidates are assured quality service by working with Frank to customize funding packages.
